Paver cleaning, sanding and sealing

Hello y’all,

After running the surface cleaner and turbo on pavers to clean and prepare them to dry before patting polymeric sanding and setting. What do you do to prevent

-Pesky weeds in between pavers that will clearly regrow right through new polymeric sand. Do you

A. Spray the weeds with poison

B. Burn the weeds

C. Take no action and let the weeds grow back through the polymeric sand in some weeks or days

pluck any weed stems that are left before sanding. If you use good and and water it right and it gets good and hard the weeds wont get through. As far as ants, ants will be ants

Let the joints dry fully before adding sand and check the paver maker’s sealer guidance for moisture limits. A small test area will also show whether old sealer is going to turn patchy.
