I got a call from the president of the board yesterday asking about gutter, soffit and ‘dormer’ siding cleaning. Haven’t looked at it in person yet, but knowing these communities in a WC context I know they all have individual water spigots.
How would you guys deal with having to hook up water supply hoses to each unit knowing the homeowner pays the water bill, despite the HOA paying for the service?
