Parking Outside/Storing SH Outside

Hope everyone is having a fulfilling day. My question is about keeping SH/Bleach outside. I am just going to be starting my business this coming April and at the moment do not have any indoor space. I am planning to park my truck in my driveway (currently with no cover). Do you think keeping most of my SH inside the 100 gallon tank on the truck will work? I’m also planning to have a few extra drums (maybe 15 gallons) that I can keep outside or under my porch. In general, any advice for not having any indoor space? Thanks in advance. -Louis M.

Make sure you paint your bleach tank black or a dark color and you’ll be good to go

The UV in sunlight + warmer temps tend to degrade bleach faster. Painting the tank dark like IBS said definitely helps prevent the uv breakdown. Keeping it in the shade is great too.

Once you get a feel for how much SH you use on each job and how long it takes for your bleach to break down you’ll get a working understanding of your bleach supply and it won’t be an issue

Throw a tarp on it, silver side up, when you’ve got it parked. Keep it cool and out of direct sun to extend the life of the chem.
