Any tricks besides heat?

this pm has a few buildings. Figuring a life will be necessary on at least one so ill factor that in, but besides cranking up the heat and going to work, is there anything else I should put on my checklist?

figuring a stripper will not be necessary. Any reason why I would need one?

i can post pics tues after my meeting with the pm.

If I were you I wouldn’t try to touch that. Heat will probably help but you’re going to be blasting the mess out of the brick.

There’s ways you can totally strip it down but it’s not going to be cheap.
