I have a turbo nozzle part # PA66 30GF that I wanted to id. Is there anyway to tell what nozzle size it is? Do I just put it on my pressure washer with a pressure gauge and guess based on the pressure?
When I bought my 5.5/3500 machine I also got a turbo nozzle for it. Not long after I switched out the pump for an 8gpm but kept using that nozzle without issue.
Last year I went to do a nasty job and broke out the turbo, but it was making my machine stutter and wasn’t working more than a couple seconds at a time. It dawned on me I had swapped to a K-1 unloader which is super sensitive to pressure in the line.
In a nutshell if you’re using a normal trapped unloader with a mismatched nozzle it’ll still work but won’t be ‘optimal’ for that pump.
