Outdoor room with TV

I have a house tomorrow that has an outdoor room with a kitchen and TV. She asked if I could do the wall opposite of the electronics and I told her sure. But now that I’m thinking about it I’m nervous about messing something up. Any advice? I posted a picture of what the room kinda looks like. Thanks

A few things. I see a TV, can lights and a fan. The furniture can be moved but what is the composition of the floor, is hard to tell if it’s concrete or IO carpet. I have had people remove TV’s and I’ve had people cover them. If you move forward I would tell them to remove the TV or have them cover and assume responsibility.

Hey man I didn’t get to take a picture of the room but used this pic as a reference. The floor is stone at the house I’m doing tomorrow, might just get a tarp and try to cover the tv, and hit the one wall with a pump sprayer and rinse with hose.

Not everything can be cleaned buy shooting bleach and water at it. If I am breaking out the pole and brushes, I definitely charge accordingly. I can get on a ladder and hand clean anything, but are they willing to pay for that? No shame in slowing down and taking care but if they do not want to pay for your time then you will have decisions to make. I don’t go near a patio with a tv and other electrical items with out doing a risk/reward check. Tape off all outlets correctly, make sure lights and fans are off, bag the fan and tape off the pot lights if you are worried about them. Everyone seems to push to get as many homes cleaned in a day as possible, but slowing down sometimes is the right move. Treat it like you own it.

Easy!

I deal with these all the time…

Tell the owner the TV and accessories need to be unplugged, tape off connector and plugs… bag tv then trow a moving blanket over it.

I do this so the blanket soaks up some of the water and the plastic is a second layer of protection… real easy…

Move furniture wash and replace…

Price accordingly
