So I’m still pretty wet behind the ears with all this but I’ve had good success so far and this forum has helped tremendously. Went to give an estimate on a house today and it is covered in the above pictured stuff. Typically where I live we just get your normal green algae/ mildew but this stuff is on all four sides of the home. Is it organic ? I would’ve done a test spot with my sprayer but I wasn’t in my work truck. It didn’t rub off with my finger. Have any of encountered this type of debris on vinyl siding ? Also, there are ZERO trees around the home.
I’d say SH should take it off, but I’ll let some more well versed others chime in as I’m still learning myself.

That is black mold. Yes a 1% house wash mix will take that right off after 5-10 minutes of dwelling. It will literally disappear.
You can re apply the mix as needed.

Mold, comes right off with SH, no issues. See it all the time around my area.
