Hey guys, so I’m new to the game and I got an estimate request from a customer who wants just the soffit and gutters cleaned on their lake home. Obviously I know I will have to rinse the whole thing but customer isn’t interested in having the whole home washed and brick is in good shape anyway. Plan would be to DS housewash mix (light on the elemonator to reduce rinsing time on brick). Gonna be a ton of rinsing to clean such a small area. If it makes any difference, they’re interested in having the windows cleaned inside & out as well so we would have a full days worth of work there. Would love to hear some input on where y’all would be price wise for the gutters and soffit. Thanks
I would price it like a full housewash for a vinyl sided home of the same size.
Since you’re doing the windows as well, softwash them while doing the other power washing and then hit with your wfp if you have one. Even without a wfp, the softwash should cut down on your glass cleaning time.

On a brick house I’d take it. Don’t have to worry about clean streaking like vinyl and wash the whole thing anyway. I just wet everything down first.
This is an easy day with 225’ of hose.
On vinyl if someone asked me to wash just the gutters and soffits. No thanks.

Do they also want you to clean that weird overhang above the back porch, the underneath of the back balcony, the columns, the half round balcony, and the ceiling of the lower patio?
@Steve, they didn’t specify those areas but I was planning on cleaning anyway and will let them know that those are included in price because they would be getting hit with the HW solution anyway.
