Olive tree stains on sidewalk

Hey guys quick question an apartment complex wants a bid to remove these stains. I tried searching but didn’t find any results.

I am going to see if they would let me do a test spot to see what can be done. This may be a job for hot water which I don’t have yet.

Here are a few pics.

Thanks in advance

If it’s an organic stain, SH usually takes care of it. Just might need a stronger mix and a longer dwell time for certain stains.

What mix would you start with in a pump up sprayer maybe 2-3% SH? And let it dwell for 5 min to start?

I would start off downstreaming. I can get most stains out that way(patience and a few apps). I also use an xjet to speed things along. To make short work of it, do a 50/50 mix, in a pump up. You can also bump up the strength of your SH with a dash of sodium metasilicate or sodium hydroxide. They are both available at home depot. The blue all purpose jug for pressure washing contains sodium metasilicate. The zep purple power degreaser contains sodium hydroxide.

Awesome thanks I’ll let you know if I get the bid and how it turns out.

also I find you get better results if you pressure clean it first, and take the top layer off. I usually do that and downstream a mix on it , then go do something else while it dwells. Sometimes it takes a few apps, but if you wait long enough and don’t let it dry, it slowly disappears.

There are about 10 sets of stains so while one is dwelling I can be cleaning another section. I am just gonna bid it for a days work and if I get it great if not then maybe next time.
