Hi Guys, Had a call today from the owner of an old hotel which will reopen soon after lockdown, its recently been purchased and will reopen as a “boutique hotel” but its basically old ! they asked for a price on cleaning the pool deck, patio and driveway, the stains on the pool deck look deep, has anyone got any experience of these, looks to me like a combination of age and maybe years of sun tan oil on areas which “pool” any thought on best way to make it shine again… I did look in stone and concrete staining but couldn’t find anything similar
Looks like organic to me. @SteveBoyle Maybe the rain water drains into the cracks so it kind of ends up puddling in the middle. That could be why there’s so much mildew. Might have to pre-treat with some strong SH but I bet it’ll take care of it.

I think that is organic…might just shoot a test spot of it with strong SH dose and that will tell you a lot, right out of the gate. I have cleaned some that were very similar and they cleaned up nicely…with appropriate doses of SH, of course. I don’t have a 12v system, so I used the XJet and it worked great.
