Thatâs about the time I finished. I only had 10 bobtails, 7 tractors and 2 trailers to knock out. I meet the wife at Taco Cabana for steak fajita tacos then donuts for dessert.

I remember typing my experience with them on one of these pages.
At that time,(as recent as Apr 10 of this year) they had terrible customer service.(Hard to get a hold of,bad phone presence, didnât do what they said they were going to do.etc.etc)
And after telling them about my terrible experience with them, absolutely not one apology was made.
They lost a customer for life.

Theyâre under new ownership. Iâm not sure when that happened but I think pretty recent. I dealt with them for the first time about a month ago and, the way I was treated, I canât imagine the new crew there treating you like you were treated. I wonder if April was the original owners knowing they only had a few weeks left or something. When I called they upgraded my order to free two day air and I didnât even ask for it. They just knew I had a broken part and needed it soon. Super friendly and appreciative of me calling them to order. I donât blame you not wanting to deal with them but, if it happened under the old owners, I would recommend giving them a try again. @Hotshot might know when the new owner took over.

Not sure exactly. but I did order chems from them in the beginning of 2016. Dan Galvin wasnât the owner yet, I believe.
I do know this though. they have definitely changed there tune for the greater good of us PW folks. Dan Galvin is good ppl in my book. even for a yankee. Lol.
FYI. If you want good intel and to the point knowledge, skip the receptionist and helpers and just ask for him, Smart, honest
fella. And heâs there all day on the ground and making it way better.
Iâve found espec to either suck or be good at answering the phones. 75% of the time it just rings and rings and then no one ever returns a call when you leave a message. Then other times they answer after 2 rings and are good at helping/answering questions. Got frustrated a couple times trying to get an order shipped that day but couldnât get a hold of anyone.
Whatâs your experience at Powerwash store? Spent 14 racks with them Last month and find it hard to get replies sometimes even after ordering more stuff. In all fairness when I do get replies itâs helpful but seems hit or missâŚ

Envirospec may have changed owners, but their smug, arrogant, prickish aura appears still be there. Knowing how much money they stole from me, Iâd never spend a dime there and will be exuberant when they finally go out of business.
