I have a contractor friend that had a paint gun explode on him while doing a fence and it splattered the customer’s brushed concrete driveway.
He reached out to me asking if there’s a decent chance it can come up, he already tried using a hot water pressure washer and paint thinner. He said the small stuff came up but the larger puddles didn’t.
Brock- did he try acetone? I have had success removing oil based paints with it

Transparent, semi-tranparent, or solid stain? Water-based or oil? Do you know what the product was?
No sorry he just said its ‘oil based paint’ for a fence.
He should call the manufacturer.
I called the manufacturer of the stain I use and asked a bunch of questions including how to get it out of concrete. They said to use a certain type of oven cleaner. Had to be that brand though. (I have it written down on my Pw notes doc but don’t remember which brand.) They were super helpful.
