One of my customer’s referred a friend of their’s to me. She just bought a house and wants the garage floor, driveway, walk and back patio cleaned. The garage has some pretty ancient oil stains in it and I know I can’t do much of anything with it with cold water. It’s a small job and someone on Thumbtack already told they’d do it for 100.00… That’s not going to get it done. I did set her expectations and told her there is a good chance nothing will come up from the biggest stain but that most of the rest of it will come up.
