Newbie: Steam or Steam/Pressure Washer Combo?

I apologize it this has been asked before, but I couldn’t find anything.

We are looking to purchase a hot water pressure washer-steam cleaner combo or a straight steam cleaner. The main application would be cleaning the greasy bushings on our mini-excavators and skid steers.

I have done some research and have found the pressure-steam combo units and the straight steam units. The pressure washers with a steam function advertise up to 250 degrees while the steam only units advertise 320 degrees. My question is, how much does that extra 70 degrees help when cleaning grease, etc.

We have had hot pressure washers before, and they are amazing, unfortunately when cleaning grease from equipment they make a sizeable mess and my hope is that the steam would help minimize that.

Thanks.
