Depends what percentage the SH is.

One thing you’ll want to be careful with is spraying around strong SH mix around plants. Ask me how I know, I’ve burned a few.
That being said like 1/4 SH and the rest water should be fine for average mold and algae. Do you have a surface cleaner for the concrete?
