Does anyone on here regularly reclaim? I’ve been in contact with TDEC and it seems that most standard practices aren’t allowed without collecting the wash water. TDEC basically says only plain water can go to to vegetation and that if chemicals were used it must be collected and disposed of at a wastewater facility. That process also requires a TN water quality state operating permit.
I’m assuming most don’t do this and just risk it. Is this enforced or have you heard of any fines in TN? Any recommendations? Just want to reduce liability.
