3 weeks before…? Lol i gotta know now

The hoses are cut thru from the holes in the tool box, the wire nuts fall off or are corroded, the ladders fall off. The machine vibrates they the plywood, there’s just an abundance of things there that are bewildering to me.

Ok im not bashing you. But that 12v box is a dumpster fire. You are doing nothing but hurting yourself in the long run.

I’m with you on the plywood, but I will say our hoses and proportioner run pretty much the same way, and have wire nuts in a similar situation…no issues after a year at full production. I confess I was thinking the hoses would be a problem when we built it though, so I had a plan to put on grommets, and would have maybe put heat shrink on the pump connections if we didn’t have to change the pumps quickly from time-to-time…

Use shielded spade connectors - better and quicker to change out. Have your spares already prepped for both fittings and corresponding electrical. I can literally swap out my whole pump in less than 2 min.

Ideally, it probably takes us 5 minutes to change it (of course that includes remounting in place of the old one too…)

My goodness.

Honestly I will never use a 12v for treating/washing again. Ar45 with hydromixer and remote control all day. It’s like the difference between riding a 10 speed and driving a Ferrari. I keep a 12v on the truck to transfer sh onto the truck and that’s it. Now I want an ar60!

You will probably regret the ar60

Why so?
