New to the forum. Would love some surface cleaner advice from the seasoned vets

Hey guys, I’m just trying to get all my equipment lined out to get started up as a side gig at first, but hopefully it will grow and be able to become full time eventually. I’m on the gulf coast of Mississippi. I know I don’t show any read time, as I just created the account today, but I’ve been reading the forum extensively for about 2 months now.

I’ve been slowly getting my equipment piece by piece as funds will allow, and I’m about to get a surface cleaner (focusing on residential work for now, but may branch into some light commercial work in time) I have a 5.5 gpm cold water machine that pressure tested at 2700 @ the pump, so I’m trying to get some advice on which surface cleaner would work the best. Looking at the 18 or 20 inch hammerhead, but also considering the WW ultra 16 inch. I like the WW classic, but I’m concerned that the lower pressure machine may not have the thrust to float it properly. Any advice or pointers would be greatly appreciated. I’ve already learned so much from this forum. There is a wealth of knowledge here, and I love that this community is full of people that want to see each other succeed and prosper, and I fully intend on sharing any knowledge that I gain with others wanting to get into this industry.

Thanks in advance

Whisper Wash Ultra Clean. Mine works great with the 5.5/3500 machine, 200’ of hose so I’m guessing around 3100psi. It has a lot of float with the 2503’s, I am borderline having to put weight on it.

Thanks for the input guys. I guess I’m just concerned about whether or not the WW classic, being a 19 inch, will float properly with the lower pressure that my machine puts out. I’m torn between the classic and the Ultra 16 inch with 25035 tips. I think I’ll err to the side of caution and go with the Ultra for now and see how it goes. Much appreciated.
