What kind of chemical should I use for pre and post treating concrete? I need something to make my jobs look better and help reduce streaks.

bleach, aka, SH on this forum. Look up pre treat and post treat in the search bar and you’ll have a few good articles to read that will teach you the mix ratios, how to apply based upon your equipment, etc.
