New rig whatcha think?

Was going to wait to post until I got my hose supports welded but I’m just going to learn to weld myself. Til then I’ve got em stacked high.

Going to add a 2nd two step gun reel, a truck box on the back, and two large fuel tanks on the front so I can run about 10 hours nonstop.

I’ve got my 2 step soaps on one side and bleach on the other.

Pretty happy with it and think it looks pretty awesome.

Looks great, tons of stuff and room to spare!

Cam locks are not meant for suction you may find your pump cavitating . Cam locks do not have a good seal .

I was going to put them on mine. Have you personally had a problem with this?

I actually have been having some sporadic cavitation so that’s probably the issue. I figured it had something to do with running two machines but I’ll replace the camlock and see what happens.

I use cam locks on a lot of things. Mainly filling water or water transfer because they will all leak . And they do not seal very well for suction

I was running them on my brine sprayer. But if it was sucking air I would never know as it was spraying from the back of the truck.

Nice setup. A money maker there.

Were is your filters ??

Hiding behind hoses and off camera.

Have you pulled the trailer much? Looks like it might be be a little tongue heavy unless you’re going to add more stuff to rear.

I have and it seems fine. I have a tongue weight scale and I’m at about 750lbs with the water tank fully loaded

To be honest though I’m not really sure how to tell if it’s tongue heavy or not.

If your steering and brakes feel unstable. Or if your rear is squatting

Google it

Damn, I just bought same Gator locks @ tractor supply.
Nice setup.

I have to ask, how many feet of flexzilla is that??? Nice rig though, ready to go make money!

600 feet! Our two biggest fleetwash clients have trucks that require 5-600 feet of hose to reach the water spigot and a full water tank only gets about 3 or 4 trucks.
