New Pressure Cleaning Business - Introduction

Hi guys,

Just wanted to introduce myself. First of all, I wanted to thank everyone on here for the awesome information.

I recently filed for incorporation for my own pressure washing business in MA. I’ve never done any commercial pressure washing, but am excited to get into the field and learn everything I can. I’m in the process of building my rig and getting everything lined up (insurance, marketing, certifications and licensing, website, social media).

I’m going to be opening my business with a trailer rig:
6’ x 12’ enclosed tandem ale trailer
Landa PG series belt driven pressure washer 4.0 gpm and 3500 psi
275 gallon buffer tank
65 gallon solution tank
Downstream injection 2.0-3.0 gpm
Whisper Wash 16" surface cleaner
And some various small parts that I’ve determined useful from taking a look around this site

I’m sure I’ll have questions in the future, but just wanted to introduce myself.

Thanks!

Congrats!

I would skip the 4gpm and go directly to the 8gpm…you will NEVER regret it.

There are light years difference in them.

thanks for the tip! are there any specific cold water 8gpm units you would recommend? I’ve heard good things about Landa. Also, is a 275 gal buffer tank big enough for a 8gpm unit?

I would ask forum member, Racer, as he is very knowledge and will give you great advice on the washer.

As far as the buffer tank, I use a 225 gal tank on my 8.5gpm machine and it is more than adequate.
