At this point 77% of my income as Wagner Window Service is pw. Odd dont ya think? So I am considering a name change already. Something that its what I do most. Any thoughts?

If you’re going to change your name, the sooner the better.

I did the same thing a couple of years ago. Really glad I did it.

I think it’s a good idea. I like what Micah did with exterior cleaning. It cover all kinds of cleaning.

Well I had know idea what I wanted to specialize in so we went with All aspects which gave us opportunities

We have a name for every exterior service we offer.

AZ PowerWash Pros
AZ Window Cleaners
AZ Lot Sweeping

and then I also own AZ Exterior Cleaning and I am in the middle of changing my LLC to that.

HOw do you answer your phones?

I have a secretary in office that answers all phone calls. She then transfers calls to me or my business partner if she can not handle the call.

What I meant is how does she introduce the company when she answers? Does she use a specific co name like AZ exterior cleaning

Yes she does. The phone system I use provides that feature to let the person answering know.

Since you already branded you Wagner name, look into keeping that but adding on to it such as Wagner Cleaning Corp. Or along those lines.
In my case I started my Company in 1996 as Clean County Powerwashing but since we are a corporation where registered under Clean County Inc. So when Kathy answers the phone she usually says “Clean County” can I help you… Yada yada.

Still kinda dragging my feet. Fully intend on a change but I’m not sure how I want to go about it.

I was Mole Window Cleaning forever, and still accidentally say that a lot. Plus, haven’t got any new domain names rolling… but I changed my logos to Mole Cleaning Services, and use that on my outgoing marketing and stuff, and on the phone (when I remember!)

We just changed ours to Sunco Cleaning Solutions. Formed a new LLC to structure company differently and took the opportunity to make a switch.
