New enclosed trailer set up

Just sitting up my first enclosed trailer. Not sure if this lay out is going to work. The only thing that I cannot move is the rack with the hose reels everything else I can still move around. I will take any bit of help here. Booster tank is 275. Chem tank is going to be a 35 gallon. Then I’m going to have two 5 gallon soap detergent tanks. Softwash system 24 V 10 GPM upfront. I was gonna plum everything in 1 1/2 PVC. The trailer is a 7000 pound 7 x 14 V-Nose.

First. Move your reels. As they are now you have to pull them out the man door and the bottom reel you have to bend over to roll up.
Second. Your machine needs to be turned so the exhaust points to the back of the trailer.
Third. You don’t need soap detergent tanks.
Fourth. You definitely don’t need a 12v system if you are in the pressure washing business.
Fifth. Get a bigger bleach tank.
Sixth. If your trailer doesn’t have barn doors take it back.
Seventh. Don’t plumb anything with pvc.

Thank you! What is wrong with PVC?

I am using 1 1/2 pvc to supply just water from my booster tank to my 8gpm PW and to my proportioner valve on my SW side.

Vibration causes cracks and leaks

Wow! Makes total sense! Thanks

Nice looking trailer. He’s right though on turning machine. Even if you’re muffler a foot or so from side of trailer when you do, get a heat shield wrap for your muffler.
You can come off your tote with the pvc, put a T and then size it down to 1", just don’t be running it everywhere. A 1" Tigerflex hose is all you need for both of your machines. A 1" hose will flow more than 35 gpm, probably much more for the short distances you’ll have in the trailer.

Here’s my 5x10 setup.

It isn’t pretty but I like the hose reels out the back and the machine is easy to get to. 12v reel is on bottom, definitely use it a fair amount.

Hey cut it out over there! You done your choirs at the cabin?

I’ve got a half day today then I’m done until next Wednesday. Taking the old cub to the cabin in the morning to spread some dirt and not coming home for a few days. Today makes 52 years I’ve been plugging along and I’m celebrating by taking the boys to the woods.

And I’m taking a 12v sprayer to stay round up along the trails

Brock is your sh tank with the lid open to put the hose in? Have you considered tube in drilled hole on top then venting it outside instead? Makes a big difference.

Happy birthday! You know you’re gonna have to slow down on giving @Racer a hard time about being old. You’re no spring chicken yourself :joy:

Thanks for all the great information. What kind of Tiger flex hose should I get? I called the manufacturer and there are many different types. Do you have any markings, model numbers on your hose?

Heck yeah! Happy birthday. Never would have guessed 52, you look 67.

Go to your nearest Lowe’s or Home Depot and ask for 1" spa hose. They usually have it in stock. I prefer the clear so you can see if you’ve got air in the line but the white stuff works, too.

Yellow. It has to be yellow. If not it won’t look like mine and we can’t have that foolishness.
