Gotta agree with the above. If you caused this damage with a pressure washer - that you did 2 passes with - you have the smoothest, straightest strokes on the planet.
I get blamed (rarely) for what others do, such as painters using sandpaper on french windows with resulting scratches. Just because you clean something doesn’t mean the surface was created perfectly.

I doubt you removed the cream unless you washed it before 5 days of cure. Your driveway looks fine to me and you’re investment is not going down the drain. It is as the other fella said a broom finished job.
