New Construction Hardie board

So this house has hardie board siding it’s like a dark grey and at first glance it’s dusty and just looks like dust and pollen. Well I started out soft washing it with a mild cleaner…didn’t cut it..then I decided to use SH at like .5% on my proportioner..nothing then went up 1.5 and still wouldn’t cut the dirt! I basically had to hand scrub it to get the dirt off! Anyone have this problem before and used something else that would cut that dirt without having to scrub the actual siding?

Probably hardened dirt or ‘fallout’, difficult to get off. I always have to break out the pole and brush.

I have another thread on this. I have/had a house that had pollen stuck to it so bad only a brush would work, homeowner told me while I was figuring it out that the last company had to brush the whole house.

Yeah it was quite a workout scrubbing a 4000 sq ft home!

This one has some really high dormers, like well over 2 stories high and no way I would do that at the standard house wash price.
