New concrete job

I have a job to go look at on Saturday. It’s on a new construction site, at a car dealership. About 15,000 sqft of new concrete with dirt and a few oil stains. I did some searching and found that new concrete should not be cleaned at high pressure with a surface cleaner. What’s the proper way to clean it? Should I just tell the customer he needs to wait until a certain amount of time? I would rather turn the job down then get a bad rep for damaging commercial property. But I would def like to take the job if it can be done right. Any suggestions?

I went out for the quote and measured 37,000 sqft. Sat down and explained everything to them. Asked there projects timeline. I’m going to be out of town when they need it done right before striping. Had to turn down my first commercial job, and thus about $5,000. Hardest thing I’ve done in a while. But on the plus side I gave the info to another local company and freind of the family so hopefully they reciprocate the favor and we can build a mutually beneficial relationship.

Hey Harold, did you receive any information about how to clean new concrete?

That was four years ago man.

Racer does a bunch of new concrete. May pay to search through his posts about concrete etc

Thanks fellas! Figured it was worth a shot.
