Maybe not. I didn’t know what it was but I liked the lower profile.
I don’t plan on selling metering valves at a discounted rate. I do hope to offer a full softwash metering system, but I’m not going to sell individual parts at all. That’d be a lot of work for me that I’m not interested in. But once all the design is finalized, I’ll be happy to sell you a setup.
You don’t need a manway. Bulkhead fittings will work just fine, but you would need a vent to keep the tank from collapsing in. I looked at 100 gallon RV tanks and they’re around $120-150. Way less expensive than a horizontal leg tank of the same size.
They do seem a bit lighter than the standard tanks you see though so definitely don’t forget to vent it. Lol
