New build starting!

Beautiful trailer by the way. One critique though. It needs way more chicken lights. Doctors never operate in poor lighting.

Yeah it’s a nice one for sure. I know he wants to line it with something but honestly the best would probably just be skin it with plywood and put a good exterior paint on it. That’s what we did in the oilfield and they held up great. Super easy to repair or replace too.

@Hotshot I’ll wash that trailer of your every 2 weeks for treefiddy.

That’s awesome, good luck!

What you give for it Brad ? The website doesn’t have pricing.

This is the main reason for going with barn doors instead of a ramp.

Oh I will definitely be adding some lights to the inside. Not sure about the outside tho! Then I’d have to worry about @Hotshot making a trip south to steal it from me!

I’ve gone back and forth on putting something down on the floors and I have finally decided to do the raptor liner. Hoping it lasts and holds up well but sounds like guys are having good luck with it.

@Hotshot I believe it was right at 5, but I’d have to look back to make sure. I’ve had it a couple months and just now getting time to actually start on it.

I’d at least add some fender marker lights to help you pick up your widest points at night. I guess that would be enough. What are you planning for interior lighting? LED?

It has some on top of the fender already. And definitely LED for the interior, but haven’t even looked at them yet.

Well…SMALL ones on the fender. Might need something a little bigger.

Any inside photos?

It’s just a bare trailer at the moment.

Very neat work.

Why not just buy an old UHaul truck? Best of both worlds enclosed and no trailer to pull around!

Yup, I’ve gone Uhaul C5500’s cab and chassis with the 8.1l vortec’s . I don’t believe they sell them with their boxes just as a incomplete cab and chassis. They must be getting reused and mounted on new chassis’s.

That’s too bad. A 20’ box would be perfect’

Those things are huge, what do you plan on carrying on a c5500

Where have you been? I run F550’s, C5500’s and C6500’s. 750 gallons of water on up to 2k 19,500-26,000 GVWR’s
