Thanks for posting. I don’t have a 12v system, but have been toying with the idea of doing roofs (only 1 story, sweetest of the sweet hand picked cherry ones). The only thing I don’t like about their advertisement is that it promotes the PSI, but in reality the more PSI it gives the less GPM it also gives. Their flyer spells it out. https://remcoindustries.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/SmoothFlo-Flyer.pdf

It is santoprene and viton, so there is that. Comes in multiple flavors of 12, 24, and 110. Pretty interesting. I’ll let the 12v wizards pick it apart. I think racer is rocking some new fangled dual 24v system or something.

For roofs, pressure/distance more important than flow. Don’t want or need a lot of flow if you’re just doing roofs with it. For your purposes, go with the stock 5.5 NT pump

Just spoke to Remco. These are more expensive than the regular 7gpm 100psi and shorter warranty. The difference is that they don’t cycle like the regular one. It pushes out better. Same old BS about being made for SH. If you have a problem with it, they will tell you that you didn’t clean it out after every use, so you’re screwed.

That’s weird. My Remco doesn’t cycle once I got the pressure adjusted.
