Didnt know you were in Raleigh area… good friend of mine is in Hillsborough. Really enjoy the Raleigh/Durham area.
For the benefit of the VA contractor that asked, here is a link for the Maryland “home improvement license” information. It appears Power washing in MD does not require a home improvement licsense, but dont take my word on it. I am not advising you in any manner.
