I got a call about cleaning a building with metal panels. Just wanted to see if anyone else has experience bidding these types of jobs and if there is a better process to clean the buildings other than with the normal oxidation removal cleaner like GG?

Oxidation can be tough, especially when you already have peeling paint. Finding a material that will remove the oxidation without damaging the paint is difficult. You might try a small test patch using an aluminum brightener but finding one you can clean a whole building with at a reasonable price might be impossible.
