Not getting any volume or pressure unless SH vale is opened at least 50%
When water valve is opened all the way and SH and surfactant are closed i get great volume and pressure shoots about 35’ when I open SH to a quarter turn or what should be about 3% everything, water and SH drops to a slow stream maybe 8’ very low pressure. Only when I open 1/2 way or what would be 6% can I get normal pressure. Any idea’s or suggestions would be apricated

What kind of pump are you using?
12 volt 5.5 gpm
Sounds like too much restriction from your mixing valves.
Get rid of the 90 degree bends for a start as they will reduce your flow pressure. Keep all hoses SH/H2O/SOAP to equal lengths. If they are different lengths this can affect your mix Ratios also. Make sure you have no leaks.
If this doesn’t help, not sure what else to suggest.
Sounds like it may be having a hard time catching prime. Maybe open your SH a bit and let it run for a bit. There may just air in the line. Or check all the connections to be sure air is not getting sucked in.
