Need help on a quote please

I have a customer wanting a quote on a 1500 sq ft 2 story home, dirty and moldy, I’m new to the business with no competition around me. I’m using a small pressure washer for now, trying to save up for bigger equipment. what would you all charge?

How long do you think it will take you and what is your calculated charge out rate is how I would roll on that.
Is there a particular part of the job that is making you question your price?

Its not my first job it is my first big job.
they are planning on repainting the siding.

That’s not a big job. Also that’s not something you should wash. I’d listen to @Patriotspwashing

Its gotta get washed before they paint it right? not trying to question you guys just trying to understand.

Yes. Long as they know and you understand that most,if not all of that paint is gonna be on the ground and the lawn will be a white milky color. I definitely would get it in writing before I even unroll the hose. Most will say walk as would I, but its getting towards the end of season for yall house washers , So I get it. And don’t use awesome, I was joking

This looks like a pretty small house. What makes this such a big job? What do you use for house wash? What type of siding is it? Have you spije with the painter? I have so many questions

Looks like a ton of soot on the siding, almost always that will require some scrubbing from my experience

ya i know its a small project for you guys, I have a 2500 psi, 2.5 gal. washer, its wood siding, I know i need a bigger washer. Dont know what chemicals to use.

Don’t walk, run away. Do as much research as possible for the rest of the year and save up some $ for proper equipment. Go back next year.

I appreciate your guys expertise!

Your issue is how you’re going to apply the chems. Thats less than a 2 hour job. 1-2% SH and a surfactant

If i had the right equipment, what would you charge for that house?
