Need chemical help on building

I have a building I’m doing and I tried Walmart brand bleach which is only 6% and it did absolutely nothing. I mixed it with a all purpose cleaner and let it sit for 15 minutes or so and … nothing. I cranked up my heater to 180 degrees and sprayed the mixture… nothing. Water alone, nothing. Unless it’s right up on the wall the black stains won’t come off. I need help with this if possible. It looks like stucco but I’m not really sure what it is. Idk what chemical to use and it’s so high up it’s tiring trying to wash with my extended wand. Any help would be greatly appreciated. .

Oh boy…

Try ebc

What is it?

Any idea what this is? I looked up EBC, anything from Lowe’s that might get this off so I don’t have to order? I want to get this done before I freezes again.

You need professional grade chems. One restore might also work. It’s best to keep an assortment of chems on the trailer so you can see what works and what doesn’t.

I tried an all purpose cleaner and bleach that’s about it, neither one worked.

Troll? Me or others? I have more pics lol… this is definitely a serious question.

Only thing cleaning that wall is a bulldozer

Post them then… it’ll give us a better idea

This is what I took. I can get everything up except for that side of the building. It seems like nothing is taking it off besides really close high pressure water of course. Im stumped on what to do.

Is this your building or are you a cleaning contractor?

I’m cleaning it.

I don’t think he’s a contractor after reading back over this. He’s talking about using high pressure on what he said looks like stucco. Plus the only chems he has comes from local box stores. Or like mentioned he could be a troll.

That’s not what he asked

Hot water skid but no real SH? I would think several applications of 4-5% should do the trick. Apply to dry surface, don’t rinse until it’s gone. Just keep re applying. Rinse when it’s looking close to good.

Im cleaning it for a friend of mine.

Thank you For the help. I’ll try it and see if it works. When I was trying the bleach I let it sit forever after a few tries of it not working. I sprayed it multiple times. Just need some good advice on this.
