Need advice on cleaning this stone

Hello gang.
Customer called and asked to pressure wash stone. I haven’t seen this one . Customer doesn’t know what kind of stone that is. So I am hoping you folks would be able to identify and help with advice on how to safely clean it. Any input is highly appreciated.

Looks like limestone.

Is it safe to use 2k psi surface cleaner on it with sh pretreat?

I have very limited experience with limestone, but what I’ve done required a pretty strong 4-5% soak and dwell, 1300psi and another soak, rinse and possible oxalic neutralize.

I’ll be honest, I don’t really see that stone needs cleaning.

That is travertine, a form of limestone. It is ok to use sh on for as long as it takes to clean, i dont let sh dry on it so i dont know if that is an issue. I let it dwell at 2% 10 to 15 minutes and soap tip wand the deck. I have used a surface cleaner at about 2000 psi, but was holding my breath the entire patio. Different pieces will react to pressure differently that’s why i like the soap tip. Charge accordingly. If they can afford travertine they can afford to have it cleaned properly. Edit - and yes as above use Ox to neutralize
