Need a hotel advice in Bikoxi, MS asap

I need hotel recommadtions for a hotel in Biloxi area. I’m heading to Mississippi Monday, one day only, specifically Pascalugua. I want to find a hotel walking distance to bars and restaurants. Just looking online Biloxi looks like the best town for food and bars. Any advice would be appreciated.

I’ve stayed at the Southbeach a couple of times and its always been nice. There are a few restaurants basically next door that you can walk to.

The Beau Rivage Casino is supposed to be nice as well. I’ve never stayed there, but I’ve heard its nice.

I’m Googling now. Thanks

Is Biloxi a nice place or would you recommend another city/town? I want to stay some what close to Pascalugua.

I just spoke to someone who said to stay in Ocean Springs just East of Biloxi. @Genaroguzman I always check tripadvisor. I love that sight but the reviews are for the hotels and not so much the area. For example I live near Atlantic City, NJ with numerous Casinos. I could recommend a couple casinos but what ever you do don’t walk around town. That’s what I’m looking for here, advice from people I respect. Thank you for your help.

@Clean_Blue if your already in Biloxi…drive another hour to New Orleans…way more to do there and almost every thing is within walking distance… if you stay in the downtown area

Biloxi isn’t bad, but I do like Ocean Springs as well. We go every year to Crusing the Coast and Ocean Springs is always my favorite venue. We never stay in Ocean Springs though, we are always on a lot west of Biloxi. Either place will be fine. Ocean Springs is a smaller town, really cool downtown area. Or at least it is during Crusing the Coast.

I don’t live on the Mississippi coast, so take this for what its worth. I know several guys that live down that way and they say the coast isn’t as safe as it once was, but then again where is. We have some shady people come on our lot every year and with all the old cars we have and everything else like generators and who knows what else it makes us a little nervous at times, but we’ve never had any problems. But Biloxi and Ocean Springs are two of the nicer areas in my opinion. Biloxi is one of the highest paid fire departments in the state, so as a fireman that makes it appealing to me! :grinning::grinning
