Here’s my latest addition. A 2014 E250 van. I pressure wash out of the back with a 6/3500 and carpet clean out of the side. It’s not ideal for pressure washing (have to turn 90 with the hoses) but it’s perfect for when I have a carpet clean and a pressure wash on a new construction home.

I would be concerned about the hoses dragging over metal for wear. Ever thought about using some wear tape on the edges? something like this made out of ultra high molecular weight? You could just tape it to the areas that your hoses normally rub up against.
I’m not recommending this company, just a quick google for some pics.

We pull the hoses out then under the door. It opens 90 degrees so the main problem is getting the hose off the reel.
You could probably benefit from some hose guides on your reels. You can make them fairly easily if you’re a decent welder. That way you can reel the hose up without having to stretch it out behind the van.
