I just wanted to share with all of you my new setup. This is my first attempt to build my own rig. It should be complete by next week. Thanks to everyone who had shared info on how to build a rig.

Those fumes are going to destroy whatever they’re around over time so really just pick a spot it can do the least damage. I’m fairly certain chlorine gas sinks downwards so through the floor is your best bet. Maybe you could do something similar to how they do the wiring in cars, circular hole with that piece of rubber that covers it and the hose goes through the center

I would probably just drill a hole and thread in a 1/4" male hose barb. For exhausting out of the van you could probably just drill a hole slightly smaller than the 1/4" poly braided hose and shove it through.

That reel is going to make a mess when it falls. The hose hanging off the swivel needs to be secured on the side so the weight isn’t hanging.
The reel is locked
This is what I’ve done in the trailer, It allowed me to get farther away from the steel supports by just pushing the hose farther down

I dig the small foot print. Get some angle iron and have a rack fabbed up for those reels. Looks good man. How many gpm?

That just means when you hit that big pothole and the reel falls, the reel won’t unspool.

The reels are very secure. There are 8 bolts keeping it up. I will also add straps for safety measures. I’m not worried at all. Appreciate the input
