So i might have an opportunity to bid on this church that is only 1/2 of a mile from where i live. The thing is, I have no clue where I should be on the estimate.
I know its going to be difficult since the whole building is stucco, but to be honest the building isn’t really that dirty so it shouldn’t be too bad. The worst part is the concrete sidewalks, and the curbs surrounding the parking lot, they are completely black.
I honestly have no idea how long this will take me since I have only been doing small houses. I will have one, possibly two other people (family member and a friend) with me but I only have a 4gpm/ 4000psi machine.
I am hoping to make enough on this job and another smaller job to build a trailer with an 8gpm machine.
Well I know I’m going to include the building and the sidewalks for sure. I want to give another quote that includes the curbs that are in and that surround the parking lot
Nobody will be able to give you a price. Go to the property and vision your self Washing each side and estimate how long it will take you by side. Add up X hourly rate
Just from pictures for the building I would be at
4 hours X $150 = $600 X 2 employees = $1200 + 20% (240) $1440. 20% for wiggle room
This to me seems hella cheap… you wanna come to Alabama and try your hand at being a subcontractor?? If you’re saying you’ll wash this church for less than 2k then we can both make money
