I think it would be better mounted on a trailer than in your living room. That’s my .02

i wish you would have told me before i bolted it to the table… now what?

Just bolt the table to your trailer. It will double as a place to eat lunch.

I think you have “Air In” and “Chem In” reversed.

You chem in and air are both pointing to your chem inlet.

You air will go somewhere on the black thing in the middle. That’s the air motor

Clear thick hose is chemical input, blue hose is output, red is air, in the black part like @florida_condo_cleani said

how well do these things usually draw chem? I can realistically do this a few different ways, i can do a 3 way fitting off the bottom of my chem tank with shut offs 1 being for the roof setup. Or i can run a drop stick if these things draw decently well

These pumps are self priming. My draws extremely well. That thick clear hose is my drop stick and is probably 10-12ft, not exactly sure. But it draws no problem.

Also I never recommend putting a hole on the bottom of your chem tank. If it ever starts to leak you’re going to regret it. I learned the hard way. If anything put a hole in the top of your tank and draw from the top.

well the issue is we already have a bulkhead on it from the store. Its a 100gal norwesco, ive seen one gentlemen on here utilized the bulk head with a locking clamp coming from bulk head to a piece of pvc which split off to 2 nipples for DSing. I liked the idea, it was simple yet effective and left room for a few shut offs on the DSI

Oh yeah lots of places do that. I always buy tanks with no precut holes. There’s a million ways to plumb your stuff, whatever works for you. Just keep your eye on the bulk head if you’re putting SH in the tank.

From what im told we will need to replace the bulk head once a year probably. It can be done as winter maintenance when we do the rest of the fittings!

A good bulk head is probably fine but if you want the extra insurance of knowing it’s sealed you can have it welded . Find a professional it’s usually not expensive. No you cannot use a store bought plastic welder . It’s a $5000 plastic extrusion gun.
