Mug for coffee

These are thin walled (shockingly light) large sized mugs (had him make his standard mug but much bigger). They hold 20 ounces of coffee, and have room for cream and sugar and a little room so you don’t spill it. Being anal like I am, I measured them and they were about 25 ounces to the rim.

I had a hard time finding a ceramic large sized mug (over 16 ounces) that didn’t weigh a ton, and wasn’t from china that would have the glazing crack after the first use. Believe me when I say I have thrown enough of them away.

Anyway, I put this out there because he was approachable to making another size, he shipped them to me extremely well packaged, and it is a good product. I like to support artists when I can.

He is from NC and I found out about his stuff when I was down visiting biltmore and asheville. No relation, no kickbacks. Just thought I would throw it on the forum in case someone else was looking for a large coffee mug. He makes travel ones too, but when I am at home I like the ceramic mug.

Light square pottery. I won’t post a link as some people might think that it is shilling.

Oh, and if you make a trip south to charleston, stop by Swig & Swine. It’s southern barbeque, so it tends to be on the sweet side. They made a nice brisket and their dry rub on the chicken was good. Can’t tell you about their pork, I don’t eat pork.

Link or Photo?

Well, if @qons doesn’t care - he is the attack watchdog for the forum  :grimacing:

This is what I was talking about, but bigger. I had 4 made and shipped to me in PA for $140/135, can’t recall the amount, but somewhere around there.
