Mounting 3 way valves

How are you guys mounting your 3 way poly valves to the wall? I can’t find a way to keep my in place.

2 u bolts or 2 conduit clamps.

Use hose clamps to mount to the wall of your trailer.

$5 for these or $25 for the stainless boxes from MVP in Raleigh. All of my other trucks have them

Conduit clamps aren’t working for me.

Personally I’d order the stainless block from mvp.

You could probably use a regular hose clamp and just screw it to the board beforehand. Maybe even use two diagonal from each other. You would first have to loosen them all the way to where they are completely open. I use 3 zip ties on mine. One at the bottom and two diagonal but mind isn’t mounted to a board. They could work if the zip ties could slide behind the board.

That’s exactly how I have mine but am working on something else. The zip ties definitely hold it in place though.

They’re going to have to do for now. I’ve got bigger fish to fry right now. I just finished building a rack for the trailer and trying to get everything organized

I mounted a small peg board. Then used zip ties. I curse it every time the sharp edge of a zip tie scratches me.

If I ever use zip ties on something where you can’t get them in a good position without the sharp edges getting in the way I take a soldering iron and smooth the edges over. You could also run the zip ties in from the backside of the pegboard before mounting it.

@John_Martinez Use pliers, pinch the extra plastic you want to cut up tight against the base of the zip tievand twist tillbit falls off. You’ll never have a sharp end.

Y’all are way ahead of me…
