Moth poop staining?

I potential customer (my mother, lol) sent me these pictures. She says these are stains left from black moth poop from an infestation in her area.

She says she tried 100% bleach (consumer grade) and it didn’t touch the stains. She says they tried regular pressure washing but that didn’t touch the stain either.

Based just on the pictures she sent me (I haven’t seen the staining in person) I’m wondering these stains would benefit from Oxalic acid or some other ‘rust’ remover? I’ll also try a much stronger SH treatment to see if that helps.

Before I drive an hour and experiment, has anyone else faced this particular staining? Who is the resident poop expert?

Obviously, I can’t not try to fix the issue because the potential customer is my mother…

Hmm. If it’s anything like bird poop SH probably won’t do anything for it. It does have that rust colored tinted to it so you may be onto something there. Probably wouldn’t hurt to try some Oxalic in an inconspicuous area and see how that fares.
