Mixed apartment/retail building scheduling

Howdy ya’ll. I’m bidding on a mixed retail/apartment building and wanted to know how to schedule it. Usually I clean apartments during the day when everyone’s gone and retail at night. Thing is this complex has shops that are packed during the day but at night the noise of cleaning may be an issue for residents.

I’m guessing this will have to be a night job but was wondering if I should worry about the noise at night or not.

Check your local ordinances. May be restrictions on noise around the residential. I do a decent amount of that type of work, Most of the retail doesn’t open before 9:30 or 10 so I schedule it early am, say 6:00 to 10am. Most residential are accustomed to noise starting early in mixed use developments between trash trucks, other workers and traffic noise.
