Mix turned window frames orange

We used our normal house wash mix (2gallons 12.5/3 gallons water and fresh wash). All the window frames turned orange with the worst at the top and stopping around half way down the window frame. Right around the glass.

Have you ever had anything like this happen?

Awesome. Do you know what concentration I should use to apply with a pump sprayer?

Straight. It has everything that it needs right out of the bottle.
