Milky Udor Pump Oil

This is the state of my udor pump oil after 250 hours. Any advice to fix this. Is replacing the oil seals a diy project or should I bring it I to a professional.

Thanks for your advice.

Have not replaced my udors stuff yet but with my smaller units it was totally a doable DIY thing. Would call them up and see if they have parts or if it’s under warranty.

I personally run Des-case desiccant breathers on my pumps & gearboxes to help with moisture. It may be overkill but I don’t mind a little extra pm

How on earth did you find something so industrial? I’m assuming you have some MRO background?

Correct, I’m a tool and die maker by trade but have worked in most types of industry

I know this thread is old but I’m interested in running this Des-case desiccant. Do you have a link to the one you use? I have a Comet pump with about 5 hrs on it and the oil is murky.

I try to catch them on sale and buy several at a time, if not they can be kinda pricey but do last a good while.
