Looking to build a 3/4” proportioner manifold and have several 3/4” gf 546 valves and need someone to make a metering ball. Is anyone doing that? I see bulk balls for sale on usplastic website.
Best way I found is to start small and work your way up with orifice size, this is due to every system drawing a little differently. Depending on line size and number of restricting bends etc… The gf valves are easily dissembled and reassembled, I prefer a little petroleum jelly as assembly lube.
