Ive softwashed this roof and the only thing touching the little spots is pressure. Im fatiqued
Im thinking my chems arent very good. never had this much trouble.
How old is your SH? Even the ancient stuff stabilizes at 6%, maybe crank the water to nearly off?
i just got it Friday. its unpainted, so i think that also is the problem. I’m going to use a truck wash. no one has eacochem Sabre2 in stock and i needed it like last week.

could be. If it wasnt so steep.an angle, Id wand it all and be done. But its 4 stories with many elevations. And i slide a little.
Reason I asked, SH will galvalume black in places sometimes

oh. Ill keep that in mind. But, no, its from the oaks. But it isnt budging without some pressure. Ill be doing the truck wash, if it doesnt work, Ill wand it. Ive got a few interested neighbors so I have to have results. And Ill have more chems in my arsenal hereon out, for sure.
Eaco chem said the One restore would possibly turn metal black, cant chamce that.
Have you brushed it. I’ve rarely had much luck with even painted metal roofs without at least lightly putting a brush on it or pretty good pressure. Even with the pressure, brushing seems like it turns out better as far as final look. Run into same thing sometimes with metal buildings.

ive brushed all i can reach. Ill have a go at it again today. Im going to use touchless truck wash and see.
chems were bunk. got a few pool essentials gallons and some dwell time did the trick. Northstar high perf truckwash didnt do a thing.
