I think @CFH wants to know we’re it’s located and looks like I believe @Harold,so when he has a similar problem

Geeze people are still having these issues with pressure pro units.

Yes. I am sure I could figure it out but having someone who already got it figured out would be nice to have pics to short cut the process.

For sure. I know what you mean. Didn’t take any pictures but here’s the next best thing.

Part #13

It slides right in. Cleans up like new with carburetor cleaner.

I am pretty sure it only affected those who got the 12 gal gas tank (usually with the 8GPM machines) from pressure pro around 1 year ago.

Did you just clean the existing filter or buy a new one and clean the carb? Weird your filter didn’t catch the debris from the tank.

That’s what I thought too. I’ll probably be installing two inline filters just because of this. I cleaned the existing filter because they didn’t have any in stock. Ordered 2 of them in case it happen again I’ll install a new one. The old one cleaned up nicely so it’s probably not necessary for a new one.

I haven’t had to change an inline filter due to clogging in several months. I do change when I do oil service which is every 50 hours. I know probably overkill, but every 50 hours I change the engine oil, pump oil fuel filters (gas and diesel) along with a bunch of other weekly maintenance stuff.

What else should I be doing to properly maintain my equipment? Just curious.

Coil cleaning yearly @CFH , inside and out, also new burner fuel nozzle, and new electrodes . It’s so much fun. Lol… Have a coil cleaning party and invite your friends. Mine weighs about 200 lbs.

I have a Northern tool unit and its one year old. I’m new to the industry so not a lot of work yet. I’ve used hot water I think maybe 4 times. However my towns water supply has very hard water. I’ve seen videos how to flush and clean the inside of the coil but how do you normally clean the outside of the coil or should I worry about it with very little use at this time?
