Management/ CRM Software

I think I have narrowed it down to Jobber and Customer Factor. I have read through some of the posts on here, but most are dated. Anyone have any advice on a good CRM? Im looking for the following features:
Online Estimates/ Invoices
Employee management
Email/Text Reminders

Zoho Books is good and cost is really cheap

The issue I see with zoho is they limit your contacts
$9/month = 50 contacts
$19/month = 500
$29/month = > 500 contacts

For anyone growing that’s the same price as markate really.

Just my initial glance. I also wasn’t impressed by zoho’s website not correctly displaying on a mobile browser.

US pricing seems different than Europe, I only paid 90 euros for year and i’m almost sure no customer limits, but will check to be sure.

I was just looking at their website and pricing structure. Yes 90 euros is $101 US.

There are a lot of threads on here about CRMs. I suggest you read through them. I have used several but recently dumped my CRM since my Quickbooks and google calendar are all I need. Probably the best thing you can do is schedule a demo with one of the CRM companies and take a free trial. Take multiple free trials and use them side-by-side to see how they compare.

Does anyone use Square. I’ve been using it for about 3 years now and I like it because I can schedule appointments, send estimates and collect payments. I can also run reports and do mass email campaigns.It’s only $20/mo.

What I don’t like is when I schedule an appointment in square, it doesn’t sync to my calendar on my phone, only the calendar in the square app.

Anyone have any recommendations. I feel like the ones I’ve looked into are no where near the cost/value that square offers.

Which one did you use, and any you recommend? I use the same thing, QuickBooks & google calendar but think I may go the CRM route mainly because I want to collect signed digital estimates and to be able to automate sending reminders before jobs as well as any other features that might be useful.

We use Jobber to do all of those things, as well as tie in to all sorts of other apps/programs

Anything that works via Zapier, but direct ties to ResponsiBid, SendJim, and a bunch of others that we don’t use
